A new father of two girls, Lottie and Maxine, Tanner shifted into real estate just two years ago, shortly after the birth of his firstborn. “It was time to take building for the future more seriously. I’d always wanted to get active in real estate, specifically in the investment niche of the industry.” It didn’t take long for him to put his fire for growth and improvement to work, closing over 50 residential transactions in 2023 alone. 

Outside of family and business, Tanner has shown a passion for helping others. “Each major step in my life has come as a result of someone taking a chance on me, so I’ve always wanted to pay that forward. It stemmed from a friend in college offering me a job doing door-to-door sales. I quickly realized that relationship sales was something I loved and that transition changed everything about my life. Building businesses and helping others do the same is one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve had the chance to 

enjoy.” This path led Tanner to roles in high-level account management for Fortune 500 companies, as well as building from the ground up for two startups born right here in Arizona. As an investment-focused realtor – he looks forward to the opportunity to help you reach your real estate goals.
