About Conrad Heimrich
Conrad grew up in sunny Florida and started working in real estate while attending FIU in Miami. While getting his business degree, Conrad worked for New Vision Development on various real estate projects in South Florida and also owned and operated Airbnb’s in South Beach. He moved to Portland Oregon in 2016, and became an Oregon licensed real estate agent working in property management and sales.
In 2019 Conrad and his partner purchased real estate in Tucson and flipped properties while acquiring his Arizona Real Estate license. He started working as an Investment Real Estate Specialist in 2022, and has happily been a part of the Aurumys’ team from the beginning.
