Position Overview:

The Office Coordinator at Aurumys will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dynamic team. This multifaceted position involves a combination of administrative support, team coordination, recruiting, and other responsibilities essential to maintaining an efficient and thriving office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Team Support:
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including real estate agents and brokers.
  • Assist in coordinating team meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Ordering Supplies:
  • Take charge of office supply inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of office materials.
  • Additional Duties:
  • Perform various tasks and projects as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Adapt to evolving needs and contribute to the overall success of the brokerage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other office tools.

Education:

  • High school diploma is required; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is advantageous.
